1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Solmare Turkey website (solmareturkey.com), contacting us, or using our services (yacht charter, villa rental, tours, transfers, and related services), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Our services
Solmare Turkey acts as an intermediary and/or agent for yacht charters, villa rentals, tours, transfers, and other travel-related services. We facilitate bookings between you and the relevant service providers (e.g. yacht or villa owners, operators). The specific terms of each booking (pricing, cancellation, inclusions) will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
3. Inquiries and bookings
Inquiries submitted via our website, email, or WhatsApp do not constitute a binding booking until we have confirmed availability, price, and terms in writing and you have paid any required deposit or accepted the booking in the manner we specify. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an inquiry at our discretion.
4. Payment
Payment terms (deposit, balance, method, currency) will be set out in your booking confirmation. You agree to pay all amounts due by the dates specified. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking and possible charges in line with our cancellation policy. All prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
5. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and modification policies depend on the service, provider, and timing. These will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. In general, cancellations or significant changes may incur fees. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms before confirming and considering travel insurance where appropriate.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing accurate contact and identity information; complying with all applicable laws (including travel and immigration); respecting the property and rules of villas, yachts, and venues; and ensuring that all members of your party are aware of and comply with these terms and any specific booking conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solmare Turkey and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, travel delays, or issues caused by third-party providers, weather, or events beyond our control. Our total liability in connection with any booking or use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the relevant booking.
8. Website use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data, transmit harmful code, or use the site in a way that could damage or impair it or our reputation. Content on the site (text, images, etc.) is for general information and may be subject to change without notice.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the processing described in that policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muğla, Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
